Hanging on to past pain and wounds impacts ones ability to live in the present moment. To live a life filled with kindness, joy and fulfillment, one must release any feeling of wrong doing. Forgiveness is about releasing oneself from hanging on to a situation that one can’t change or get a do over. Reframe that you tried your best and in the end it wasn’t meant to be or that the lesson come the experience can enrich your life journey. I think that is wisdom.
