Grief is normal and it’s the thing we feel when our heart is broken in a million pieces. We can only feel that broken when we have loved and lost someone that once made those broken pieces whole.
Grief is the thing we feel while we are healing. It’s the thing we are supposed to feel while we are healing. And it is the thing that will lead us to the healing. Because GRIEF is LOVE. Grief cannot exist without love.
