The soul is dyed the color of its thoughts. Think only on those things that are in line with your principles and can bear the light of day. The content of your character is your choice. Day by day, what you do is who you become. Your integrity is your destiny – it is the light that guides your way.”
Dear Blog followers,
I’m excited to share with you that I’m starting a new project, a new book about my journey of spiritual awakening. I’m looking for 20 individuals who might be interested in sharing their own personal stories to be included in this book.
Please email me at email@example.com if you would like to be a part of this project.
“My heart is so small
it’s almost invisible.
How can You place
such big sorrows in it?
“Look,” He answered,
“your eyes are even smaller,
yet they behold the world.”
The acorn becomes an oak by means of automatic growth; no commitment is necessary. The kitten similarly becomes a cat on the basis of instinct. Nature and being are identical in creatures like them. But a man or woman becomes fully human only by his or her choices and his or her commitment to them. People attain worth and dignity by the multitude of decisions they make from day by day. These decisions require courage.
~ Rollo May Quotes
All that you need is deep within you waiting to unfold and reveal itself. All you have to do is be still and take time to seek for what is within and you will surely find it.

Love comes into your life, only when you allow it to come.
I honor my life journey, every single fear, every single pain is now a gift of awareness to share.

Today is the one year anniversary of what I refer to as “the healing journey” or rebirth that I embarked upon. I spent the day contemplating all the changes that have happened in my life since I attended my weekend of transformation. I do feel lighter and more in control, I’ve overcome many obstacles, tried to break some old patterns of behavior but also recognize that there is more work that needs to be done. I am committed to staying on this new path. I am grateful and hopeful that with God’s blessing, I shall be able to continue to share my message of hope and healing with others.
“The most basic and powerful way to connect to another person is to listen. Just listen. Perhaps the most important thing we ever give each other is our attention…. A loving silence often has far more power to heal and to connect than the most well-intentioned words.”
